We develop human-centered wearable systems that move beyond conventional rigid wearable systems by integrating soft, stretchable sensors, variable stiffness actuators, and thermo-haptic feedback mechanisms. Inspired by the adaptive and compliant characteristics of biological systems, our soft robotic technologies ensure comfort, safety, and responsiveness.

We advance intelligent robotic systems capable of physical interaction, perception, and manipulation, integrating them into interactive and intuitive control interface for teleoperated robot (AVATAR) platforms for immersive teleoperation. Our research spans the development of tendon-driven grippers with multi-DOF control, compact and modular actuation mechanisms.
