Developing multiscale modeling and analysis methods by incorporating sequence-dependent properties of DNA/RNA motifs into finite-element-based structural models. AI-driven structural analysis and design of nucleic acid nanostructures using machine learning.
Investigating bio-applications of nucleic acid nanostructures including intracellular substance/drug delivery, cell cryoprotection, and immunotherapy. Leveraging DNA/RNA origami's biocompatibility and functional diversity.
