SeongHwan Cho is a KEPCO Chair Professor at KAIST's Department of Semiconductor System Engineering. He received B.S. from KAIST (1995) and M.S./Ph.D. from MIT (1997, 2002). He has extensive industry experience at Engim Inc., Marvell, and Google, and is an IEEE Fellow with numerous awards including ISSCC Takuo Sugano Award and IEEE Transactions Best Paper Award.
Design of high-speed analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits including memory interfaces, wireline transceivers, and frequency synthesizers.
